Ripped Off - Don’t Buy from the Unchained Store!!!

I like the product because it works well on upholstery. The first bottle I got was from a professional cleaner I hired. Once it was empty, I decided to order directly from the Unchained web store, since the product is not available on Amazon. I ordered three bottles at $25 each and was charged $75 plus tax. When the box arrived, it contained one bottle with a packing slip that indicated three had shipped. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and gotten no response. Many emails fail because the email included on their order status emails is incorrect. Once I figured out that those emails were going nowhere, I submitted multiple requests for support through their website. No response. I corrected the email to what I assume it should have been (.COM not .OM) and sent multiple emails. No response. I’ve been ripped off and they are nowhere to be found and totally unresponsive. Don’t buy from them!

Spray works great on pet or human stains on either carpet or cloth material couches. Spray and let it settle for a few minutes. Well worth the money.

I’ve been using this product for about a year. It’s the BEST cleanser I have ever used on my pet’s urine and feces.

The best for stains

I ordered it Sunday night and I have already cleaned the carpet in my bedroom. I have also used it as a spot treatment in the living room. A friend of mine recommended it because he has worked with it getting stains out and shampooing carpet. I don't have any pets but I share my home with 3 gentlemen and this stuff really works just remember to wear gloves!
