Not good. I purchased but did NOT receive UNCHAINED Urine Stain Odor Eliminator almost a full month ago. I have tried to contact the company to track and give me the status of my purchase but they do not answer me. How do I get in touch with the company to receive my product or get a refund?

United StatesThe absolute best on the market - but…
This product was given to me by carpet cleaner as we have 4 dogs and accidents happen, it’s the absolute best on the market, so I ordered 2 bottles direct, however, I only received one in the box. I have reached out to Unchained Pet twice now, and no response. Disappointing to say the least.

United StatesRipped Off - Don’t Buy from the Unchained Store!!!
I like the product because it works well on upholstery. The first bottle I got was from a professional cleaner I hired. Once it was empty, I decided to order directly from the Unchained web store, since the product is not available on Amazon. I ordered three bottles at $25 each and was charged $75 plus tax. When the box arrived, it contained one bottle with a packing slip that indicated three had shipped. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and gotten no response. Many emails fail because the email included on their order status emails is incorrect. Once I figured out that those emails were going nowhere, I submitted multiple requests for support through their website. No response. I corrected the email to what I assume it should have been (.COM not .OM) and sent multiple emails. No response. I’ve been ripped off and they are nowhere to be found and totally unresponsive. Don’t buy from them!

Spray works great on pet or human stains on either carpet or cloth material couches. Spray and let it settle for a few minutes. Well worth the money.
